Feltec Micaceous Iron Oxide Paint is a high durable finishing paint based on micaceous iron oxide, an extremely hard lamellar, or flake like pigments possessing a high degree of water impermeability and particularity suitable for use under tropical conditions.

Feltec Micaceous Iron Oxide Paint is used for the protection of steelwork, bridges, superstructures and manufacturing plants, lamp post, safety railings, transmission towers, etc.
Recommended Dry film Thickness 50 ~ 60 microns
Drying times Touch Dry : 2 – 4 hours
Hard Dry : 8 hours
Recoating Interval Min : 12 hours

Application Method Brush/ Roller/Spray Gun
Mixing Ratio (by volume) The paint is ready for use after proper stirring. If thinning is required, add 5% of Federal General Thinner MO-464 for easy application.
Thinner / cleaner Federal General Thinner MO-464
Surface Preparation Surfaces must be clean, dry, free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease etc.

 
Storage The product should be kept in a cool and well ventilated place protected from direct sunlight. Container must be kept tightly closed.
Handling Handle with care. Stir well before use.
